Sup, my American homies! Hope you all had a fantastic 4th of July. I certainly did.
Yes, this is another placeholder because I am exhausted. I promise to update all these journal entries tomorrow!

Today I didn't take nearly as many pictures, for many reasons. One of them being I spent a lot of time with Pho.
Nowwwwww I must sleep.

I completed my cosplay shopping today wheeeeeee
well
I went with Emily and Kelly to the mall. We went to Claire's because Emily needed a headband... but then we saw the store right next to Claire's. It was a new store.
TOKYO
Japanese imports. They had everything from your anime goods to Japanese toiletries. It was quite awesome and quite surreal at the same time. Brand new store. Just there. It was like stepping into a wormhole.
I couldn't resist, I ended up buying a bento box:
Pic! )

Awesome. And it cost me $2. Yeahh!

Well, to those of you who were wondering what the heck was up with me on DA yesterday...... I blame it on hormones. IDK what was going through my head v_v

I'm home! Hooray! I missed my tablet *hugs* My room is a total mess because my mom uprooted everything. Also, Romano has three tomatoes now! :D They're small and green and cute. I'll take a picture~

Oh! my report card arrived!

Picture under cut )

Awesome. XD I even somehow managed to get a B in PE! How the heck. And an A in English despite me totally BSing the final essay. Oh, I got straight As for History somehow? I though I had a B in there somewhere, but I'm glad to know my flashcards were worth something. (seriously, seriously, I must have 500 of them. OTL)

The writing on there is my mom's. Parabens = congratulations. She was all happy and like, "I'll give you a ticket to AX!" and I'm like, "dad already did, for my birthday." and she's all, "Oh. [...] I'll give you a cosplay instead!"

So I'm like, well, I do need a pair of boots and shorts, but I'm kinda reluctant to ask for boots because I wear the same shoes every single day and she probably won't like me buying them for a one-time event... That happens with every single cosplay. Do I ever wear any of those shoes? Nope. but oh well, if she'll give me a cosplay that's fine by me. I mean. How many parents do that? Teehee.

Speaking of mom being all up in my fandoms, something funny happened yesterday. You see, my aunt works for the government of Curitiba, and she's currently very busy setting up for the World Cup. (It's five years from now, but hey, we're Brazilian. Soccer = srs bsns.) So my mom's telling me about all these things, and then she's like, "You should totally make a character that represents Curitiba!" A la Hetalia. Well. Thing is, I already did XD I even made a Tegaki account, but I haven't posted anything because whenever I try to draw him, I always draw him like this: ಠ_ಠ even though that's not really his personality at all;; What makes this funnier is the fact that my mom doesn't even know what Hetalia is- although I did tell her, knowing my mom she forgot within two hours, sooo.

Anyway.

This, my friends, is my cousin Nicholas.
In a dinosaur suit.
Scaring little kids.

Yeah, it's for real: he works at the Natural History museum and gets paid to do that XD

Aside from the ASB, only me and Kirai showed up for JB's birthday, so they cancelled it D:

Nobody loves JB )

So we ended up going to Chinatown instead. We stopped by a Goodwill and I picked up a blue sweater for a dollar. :D IT'S COSPLAY TIME. (Yes, I'm talking about Luke. I've decided I don't care what my brother thinks, I'm cosplaying whoever I want, dammit!)

Then we went to Supply Sargeant, and then to American Way where I got white gloves for cheaps.

And now I must sleep. I'm tired.

Today I played soccer-tennis, which is nothing short of torture. I'm more or less ok with soccer, but soccer-tennis pretty much takes everything that I suck at from both sports and combines them. It's kinda sad. Of course the Mexicans pwnd everyone. I managed to kick the ball over the net once!

So Taylor says that if I make her a Russia cosplay, she will wear it to AX. FUFUFUFU. Meanwhile I'm worried about my own cosplays. Between my brother flipping out, the money, and the fact that a lot of them are rather obscure... it's tough. Maybe I'll do a genderbent Luke, I have his hat anyways. If I find a good dress I might cosplay Hungary. But the cheapest would be that one girl from Hayate whose name I'm always forgetting. I highly doubt anyone would recognize her ;_; Then there's some others, but for now...

As it turns out, Jessica has read Hetalia too, and is now totally in love with Germany. Understandable? Well, she'd already told me she'd wanted to study German anyway. SPEAKING OF WHICH. There are German classes at the community college! Which is totally cool, except I have no idea where it is or what there is there! *glares silently at German is Fun textbooks* I really need to study ;_; Well, I learned this from that one counselor who came in to talk about class sign-ups. She mentioned that she used to live in Germany. So one kid pipes up something in German and she responds with "sprechen Sie Deutsch~?" and he's all, o___O. Meanwhile I'm laughing.

I MISS WOOTTON ;_;

Ffff our sign-up packets were 4 pages
4 PAGES
I want cool electives! I signed up for Advanced Art and ROP Animation. But they cancelled this year's animation class, so I hope enough people sign up for next year ;_;

[info]801_addict, I still have your iPod. How did you not see me at the library!? I was right there! Well, your pictures are amusing.

BRB Gotta go die
Yesterday I had an anxiety attack. I got so nervous and nauseated I had to lie down in the nurse's office and my mom had to pick me up after second period. Then I went home and slept all day.

It's kinda weird, that I was finally getting calmer and my body threw me for a loop like that. Not to mention the bizarre dreams I've been having. I had one where I almost died from our car driving off the road on an unforseen drop after a hill (really weird, I dunno how to explain) but I just had this most horrible feeling in my stomach, the worst thing I have ever felt EVER. It was twisting up my insides and telling me "haha! you're gonna die!" and I would tell myself, "I'm not dying!" and somehow I survived. I know, it was just a dream so I wouldn't die anyway, but it was just so vivid and terrifying.

Well, today I got more news that's making me even more phisically ill. Now I have a big headache to go along with my nausea. It's actually good news- my mom has been offered a job interview for yet another company! Which in effect means I get to stay.

But you know, after I got so used to this idea, "now I'm moving", and looking forward to Brazil and its wonderful food and people and the high-standard schools- well, I just feel completely disoriented. I can't even trust that I'll stay or leave because we won't know until my mom actually takes this interview. And honestly we're both so tired and worn out. I just want to relax and not have to think about this anymore.

I love this city, and the opportunities, but I'm tired of my school and I'm tired of having to suffer one blow and disappointment after another. I wish I could say I want to stay at this point, but I don't even know what I want anymore. Even if I do go to Brazil, International School is way expensive, and my other alternative is Bom Jesus- and, I don't really want to go to Bom Jesus... Although my brother really wants me to go.

I'm exhausted.

Taylor and Emily were actually planning a farewell party for me. So sweet of them D: They wanted to go in cosplay to Little Tokyo, which to me sounds like an awesome plan. But I just don't know what to do. Maybe I need to take this opportunity and calm down a little... a lot.

Yesterday saw a lot of LOLing from me. The RP blew away any plans I had of sitting down and actually doing something productive but it was still insanely fun. (trying to explain what happened to my brother, however, wasn't.) JL's making a whole list of characters he wants to app as, but I'm not sure he'll ever decide on anything.

Kafuka's just getting easier and easier to play; Chiri, on the other hand, is a little OOC. (but I blame that on the fact that she just woke up on a farm in the middle of nowhere.)

My telepathic connection with my brother never ceases to amaze me. I'm serious! It's kinda scary sometimes. We tend to say the same things at the same time, and get the same songs stuck in our heads at the same time. And our birthdays are one the same day. (3-year difference, but still.)

Today's my last real day in Brazil. I'm going to be at the airport all day tomorrow, so it doesn't count. I'm kinda sad that I didn't get to see a lot of my friends while I was here D:

Then there's Otakon. I'm currently working on my Mr. Hat cosplay, which is going fantastically. 8D

My godmother commented on the pictures of my plushies. It's obvious she doesn't know any of the characters, but her comments made me laugh XD like:

"Professah?????? :)"
"a arma mortífera foi o chulé????"(translation: The lethal weapon was stinky feet????)
"aware, happy boy!!!" (I'm not entirely sure what that's supposed to mean)

Today we're going to the movies. I really want to see WALL-E. =< I hope my brother doesn't annoy me about it.
