And I've made my own tradition by watching the good ol' 90s animated film, The Nutcracker Prince (based on the novel by E.T.A. Hoffmann). As animated films go it's one of my favorites, though it gets almost no love outside of people who already know and like it. D:

And it will also be based on Hoffmann's novel. I can't wait to see this.
